WildBrew™ Philly Sour produces a moderate amount of lactic acid in addition to alcohol, giving the drink a refreshing and sour taste. Settles well, with a high degree of fermentation. Tolerates hops well, so perfect for brewing a sour IPA. Suitable styles: Berliner Weisse, Gose, Lambic, American Wild, Sour IPA and others. Fermentation temperature: 20°C - 25°C Alcohol content: 9% ABV Dosage: 50 - 100g/hL
