American Pale Ale (APA) is a light hoppy beer. Similar to an IPA, but not as bitter and with a lower alcohol content. Amarillo hops give the beer a strong citrus and grapefruit aroma, while Simcoe hops give it a tropical fruit and pine resin aroma.
